A Precious Gift!

Look at this PRECIOUS gift that Caroline Faith received last night!!

My sweet friend from church, Peggi, told me that she had been doing her fall organizing and found something from her years of doing foster care that she wanted to give Caroline Faith. I was so excited!!

Peggi and her family used to be foster parents for years for babies that were waiting to go to their adoptive parents. They had 72 precious little babies come through their home! I love hearing her wonderful stories of all their foster care years! God did some really amazing things through them! And we laugh because, since they took in the newborns, they did not sleep through the night for over 5 years!!!

Well, one thing that Peggi always did for every baby that they kept was to give them a Bible. She said that every single one of the 72 babies left their home with a sweet baby Bible that was just for them! When Peggi was doing her home organizing a few weeks ago, she came across one pink baby Bible, and four little blue ones. She said that she knew that this pink Bible was meant to be for Caroline Faith!

And here is Caroline Faith's precious pink Bible!! Her very first Bible!! I had tears in my eyes last night, as I was hugging Peggy and thanking her! What a meaningful, sweet gift from such an amazing family!

It has her name and a sweet note written on the inside of her Bible! I know she will love it!! And I love that it's written in PINK too! :)

Peggi ended her note with these precious words to Caroline Faith...

"Always remember that you have been prayed for and that you are fearfully and wonderfully made." (Psalm 139:13-14)
