Today, April 17, 2011, marks our 7 month anniversary of getting on the AGCI waitlist for Caroline Faith! Another month closer to our baby girl! Praise God!!!
When we first got on the waitlist on September 17, 2010, our agency was estimating the wait time to be anywhere from 9-12 months. With all the changes in the Ethiopian adoption process, we are really not sure how this will affect our wait time. But we are choosing to have FAITH and HOPE that God will bring her home soon!
We know that Caroline Faith will be so worth the wait!!! We pray for her all the time, and we can't wait until we get to see her sweet face!
In the meantime, we are seeking God's will on how He wants to use this "wait time" in our lives. We know that He has plans for us during this time, and that He will bring Caroline Faith home in His perfect timing. This adoption journey has truly been the most amazing faith journey that we have ever been on with the Lord!
I am just SO THANKFUL that He called us to bring her HOME!!!

Yay!!! You know what's really cool?? We figured out (after our referral) that the time we got on the waitlist would have been right around the time our little "T" was conceived!! We serve an AWESOME God! So excited for you to see sweet Caroline Faith's face!!!

I just read your blog for the first time becasue of Poppie Lane! I'm super excited about what God is doing in your life and I can't wait to see this little girl! I will be praying for you :D

Yayyy, Allison!!! I cannot wait until the day we can say we have been on the list for 7 months! The day of us jumping aboard that wonderful "list" is quickly approaching and we could not be happier!!! (:
