Last night, Callie Grace asked me the question I had been asking myself..."What are we going to put on the new coffee table?"
I told her I wasn't sure, but that I would love to find a pretty, "coffee table" book about Ethiopia. Anyway, she said, "Well, I could make you a book about Ethiopia!"
So, she went to work. Then, she brought us her finished book. I had no idea what I was in for. It's just too precious not to share with ya'll.
The faily (family) thats bringing Caroline Faith home!

God was telling us to bring her home! So then we started a count down. every time we move a number we take down a picture of Ethiopia. and me carson a (and) caty take turns taking them down.
and right now we are at 40. we know she is going to be cute. and dark skined (skinned) but how ever she is diffrent she will always be as speshule (special) as we are.
As ya'll can probably imagine, I CRIED when I read this! What a precious gift on MOTHER'S DAY! I was so touched to read Callie Grace's words. She has such a precious heart...and she really "gets it".
Our whole family is already in love with Caroline Faith. We haven't seen her cute face yet, but we're already crazy about her! And, yeah, I've pretty much got the sweetest book ever sitting on our coffee table.

One of the very best things that has ever happened to Abigail is the adoption of her sister, Anna. It's right up there with accepting Jesus into her heart and the birth of her brother.
My children all hope we can adopt another child (well, I assume the baby hopes that:)
If people are scared of how adoption will affect their bio children, tell them to talk to me! It will affect your children... in the best ways possible!
That is one of the sweetest things I've seen in a while! I love kids' hearts!!
This is SO sweet :-) Love it!
Much love,
