On February 8, 2012, as our new church campus was under construction, we wrote Caroline Faith's name and Bible verse on the slab floors of what would become the baby room in our church's preschool area. Little did we know at that time, that our baby girl was still growing in her birth mother's womb.
This past Sunday, on September 15, 2013, our precious 13 month old daughter sat on those same floors in that exact spot so we could take her picture! :) What joy to see a promise fulfilled!!!
Three years ago today, on September 17, 2010, we started the AGCI waitlist at #93 for our baby girl in Ethiopia! We didn't know then that God had not even created her yet!
As I sit here with this very active little one on my lap "helping" me type, we can say wholeheartedly that she was WORTH THE WAIT!!!
Hoping to start the posts from our 2nd trip to Ethiopia tomorrow! Definitely want to document our trip before I start forgetting details!
