“For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.” -1 Thessalonians 4:16-17
Today, January 7th, is Christmas Day in Ethiopia!!! "Melkam Gena" means Merry Christmas in Amharic. This is the day they celebrate Christ's birth in Ethiopia!
I am a full-time mom to four precious children, and have been married for 15 years to my wonderful, campus pastor, husband-Jody.
I love my family, baking, working out, reading, Ole Miss sports, Mexican food, our church, walking, and having friends over.
Most of all, I love my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our family's motto is "Love God, Love Others", and we are trying to live that out! We are so thankful that the Lord has brought our baby girl home from Ethiopia!
